Bentley Pines Restaurant Booking Policy
The restaurant opens for lunch at 11:30AM till 2:15PM. Dinner begins at 6:30PM and finish at 9:15PM. Guests must arrive at 11:45AM for lunch and 6:45PM for dinner. Guests must make a booking 2 weeks in advance.
As we are training restaurant, late arrivals may not be accepted for lunch after 1:00PM, and for dinner after 8:00PM. Our training restaurant has been proven unsuitable for children under the age of eight (8).
We operate under a NO BYO policy on all food and beverages.
Bookings of 10 or more people require a $5.00 deposit, per person, to be paid within two-weeks of the date the booking was made. If the deposit is not received, the booking may be cancelled. We require 72 hours notice for a change of numbers for group bookings.
Credit Card details will be required to confirm your booking, and any cancellation fee will be charged to the nominated credit card. We will notify you of any cancellation fee applied.
Tables hold a maximum of eight (8) covers, excluding buffet and function menus. Guests will not dictate the table set-up without prior approval from the lecturer in charge.
Please note that our menus are subject to change without notice. If any of the members of your party have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let the restaurant know in advance.

- Taking the booking must include (date of booking, lunch or dinner, number of guest, booking name and telephone number)
- Write down all information in the booking book
- Repeat all the information back to the guest
- Advise the time of arrival lunch 11:30 and dinner 18:30
2. Confirming a booking:
- Greeting (I would like to confirm a booking with you)
- Confirm the booking detail (booking name, date of booking, number of covers)
- Remind guests arrival time
- You must write CFN (confirmed) in the booking book
3. Check message bank
- Press message button

- Once you have written the message please delete the message by press 3
